During your initial appointment, be prepared to discuss your concerns and objectives prior to engaging in breathwork. The therapist will attentively listen, inquire further, and work with you to develop a tailored treatment plan. This session offers a chance to establish a connection, delve into your thoughts and feelings, and embark on the path to self-awareness and recovery.
Ongoing breathwork sessions begin with a brief check-in, followed immediately by the breathing exercises. For more details on the type of breathwork, please refer to our FAQ.
Minimum of 5 people. Maximum of 10 people
